Over the past three years, our practice team has worked tirelessly to address patient feedback and upgrade our service pathways:

• Overall Experience: Increased from 69% in 2024 to 77% in 2025 and 88% in 2026.
• Digital Access & Website: Jumped from 19% in 2025 to 72% in 2026 following recent website and online service enhancements.
• Telephone Access: Improved steadily from 38% in 2024 to 43% in 2025 and 60% in 2026.
