What is Patient Triage?

Patient Triage is a great way to contact the practice for a medical or admin requests and involves fewer steps. It is very simple to use and we encourage you to contact the practice using the new service.

Although the character count on the form is limited, we advise you to provide specific and concise information so that we can manage your request without delay.

Using Patient Triage will prevent you from needing to hold on the line during busy periods.

To ensure your request is processed efficiently, please login in with your NHS login details and select the correct catergory of your request (Admin or Health). Submissions made under an incorrect category will not be processed and require resubmission through the proper channel.

Please be aware any submitted from 5PM onwards will be looked at the next day and actioned accordingly.

Please Note

The number of clinical requests per day will be capped depending on capacity for safety, however our admin requests will remain open between 8:30am 6:30pm without being capped.
