Because I was in a really difficult situation and couldnt get to my face to face appointment and the surgery did everything they could to accommodate me whilst I was in hospital to ensure my appointment still happened.

Doctor Shah saw my mum and diagnosed her correctly and arranged for her to go immediately to A&E where they confirmed he was correct that she’s got gallstones, she has been admitted into the royal free hospital. There was nothing more the Doctor could have done. Thank you, Doctor Shah.

The Medical Team have always maintain their high standard of care when dealing with their patients. They are exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. The Receptionists work very hard. Have been with this Practice since 1967 when 15 years of age and now 73 years old. Dr Shah and Dr Patel arrived a few years later and 3 generations of my family have been looked after here. Very fast response to my online appointment request, had a call the next morning and seen same day . Seen by GP who listened to my symptoms, understood the issue quickly , examined me appropriately, gave clear diagnosis and management instructions, with follow up advice if situation changed and required more urgent assessment. As someone who comes from an NHS background , but also as a patient requiring care I was very impressed with the whole experience . I would like to express my sincere appreciation for my doctor’s care. My condition has been closely monitored, and all possible causes have been carefully considered. The prompt review of my blood test results made me feel safe and reassured. The doctor’s professional and friendly manner gave me confidence and comfort during my appointments. I would also like to share a concern regarding the reception desk staff. While I understand the pressures of a busy environment, I have noticed that the staff do not usually smile or make eye contact when patients ask questions. A slightly warmer and more approachable attitude could help patients feel more welcome and supported.

I saw Dr Patel about perimenopause symptoms and recommended advice from my private health assessment with Bupa. She was thoughtful professional and helpful. Much appreciated she has read the report and was able to prescribe the drugs and mentioned a useful service I could attend in Barnet that might help further.
