Very quick response to initial online query, was given an appointment at a convenient time soon after, receptionist was very kind and patient (not only to me but I heard her with other parents too), doctor was also very kind and patient, knew what my condition was and explained clearly. Dr Kaushal shah went over & beyond AGAIN patiently listening to myself Miss Kiranjot Kaur & my mother Mrs Harbans Kaur Singh in her appointment straight after mine! He solved our health issues with listening attentively & deciding on the right course of action to take according to blood results & medical history & came to the root conclusion of what was deficient in the body & why the issue had occurred in the first place, we both felt peace of mind after he calmly & confidently explained things in an easy to understand manner & we left the surgery as if a huge weight had been lifted from us & his confident calm pleasant manner puts you at ease instantly & dr Kaushal answered all our queries very promptly & efficiently so we were fully satisfied before we left, this young impressionable experienced GP easily should be in a much higher position within in his profession as he has wisdom beyond his years & comes across as highly Experienced & extremely knowledgeable in his field, want to see him promoted much more further than he is right now as he has way too much potential on him & executes his work very well, he is extremely popular with all the patients & has a very good reputation within the community, heartfelt gratitude to Dr Kaushal for consistently acting fast & taking the right course of action always, this doctor is something else & we can easily see him as a professor in the very near future. Unfortunately getting an appointment to see the doctor took over 5 days and initially it was a telephone appointment. After speaking with the doctor over the phone, he suggested an in person appointment for the following day. The doctor’s in person appointment was reassuring that there was no underlying issue and his advice was very much appreciated.

I would like to share how pleased I am with the support I receive from the team. Caroline is absolutely brilliant at her job. She calls me every week without fail and is always so helpful, supportive, and kind. It really makes a difference knowing I can rely on her. Dr Kushal is also excellent he always does exactly what he says he will do, which gives me a lot of confidence and trust in the care I’m receiving. Janki, the receptionist, is wonderful as well. She is always helpful, friendly, and efficient, and makes everything run smoothly. Overall, I’m very grateful for such a caring and professional team. Regards Cindy Singh

Dr Hitesh Shah and staff on reception have always given a professional and friendly service. My phone line was poor but kept communication going regardless to resolve the issue via Accurx and another call back. I’ve been a patient for over 25 years and really haven’t wanted to change due to the level of service. Thank you
