After filling the webform online, I was called and offered an appointment almost immediately. I was seen by Dr Ramona, who was very kind, patient and efficient with a lot of consideration for my wellbeing. I cannot praise her enough. The last appointment only confirmed what I have been experiencing with the doctors at Friern Barnet Medical Centre. They all are wonderful, very conscientious, knowledgeable, kind, supportive and they put a patient's wellbeing in the centre of their care. It was only because of their diligence, my lung cancer was detected at Stage 2. I owe them my life. A huge thank you to all the wonderful doctors at Friern Barnet Medical Centre!

Hulya was very profession but also compassionate and empathetic at the same time. She truly cared about my health. The surgery in general has come a long way. The GP’s are amazing and so lovely to have fresh faces (doesn’t include Dr Shah Senior, he has always been exceptional), the reception staff are so patient, calm and knowledgeable. The appointment was on time. The doctor/specialist was very knowledgeable and polite and explained everything about the risks of a raised cholesterol level. He went through my diet and recommended that I increase my exercise each day. Very fair, now it’s up to me!

Over the past few years, I’ve witnessed the incredible hard work and dedication of everyone at this practice from the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses. I recently had a scan and received a followup call the very next day with my results. The GP took the time to go through everything in detail, answered all my questions . I would strongly recommend this GP surgery. Having used private healthcare before, I can confidently say the level of care and service here is just as good.

Honestly my gp practice is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond and are great at listening to what a patient is saying. Because their service is so efficient there is no need to run in circles to maintain your health. They keep on top of things and their communication is brilliant. I genuinely wish more Gp practices were like the one I go to. I hear a lot of families absolutely desperate for help for the most basic things from their Gps and it makes me all the more appreciative for my own. Their admin team are great also and they all run a tight ship.
