The Medical Team have always maintain their high standard of care when dealing with their patients. They are exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. The Receptionists work very hard. They are proactive, polite and always willing to help when needed. I was grateful to speak to one of the doctors( Dr.Raj) for follow up. He was thorough with his assessment. Have been with this Practice since 1967 when 15 years of age and now 73 years old. Dr Shah and Dr Patel arrived a few years later and 3 generations of my family have been looked after here. Very fast response to my online appointment request, had a call the next morning and seen same day . Seen by GP who listened to my symptoms, understood the issue quickly , examined me appropriately, gave clear diagnosis and management instructions, with follow up advice if situation changed and required more urgent assessment. As someone who comes from an NHS background , but also as a patient requiring care I was very impressed with the whole experience . I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others looking to register with a local gp service.

Rapid response to my online form. Offered a same day appointment to see GP. Saw GP who was very kind, professional and thorough. She listened carefully, prescribed antibiotics and also clear guidance as to what to do if the problem did not improve. Excellent service from beginning to end.

A pharmacist phoned and asked me about the various medications i was on and agreed to alter the prescription so that I will get a more appropriate number of tablets. Getting too many at the moment.

I saw Dr Patel about perimenopause symptoms and recommended advice from my private health assessment with Bupa. She was thoughtful professional and helpful. Much appreciated she has read the report and was able to prescribe the drugs and mentioned a useful service I could attend in Barnet that might help further.

By far THE best Gp surgery. Thorough and proactive in helping patients. There is no nonesense. They really want to help and make a difference. You simply walk in. There are fully aware of why you have come in via the econsult. They do the necessary read of your medical history and it saves so much time. They listen and are incredibly compassionate. We recently brought our profoundly disabled son in as he is becoming an adult we are going through a daunting task of all the red tape we need to go through for everything. Having recently seen Dr H Shah, he knew what was needed. Gave the one form we needed and then supplied us with something else I was unaware I would really need soon with regards to the DWP. By doing so he saved me so much time as a carer reading the ins and outs online and then having to come in again and ask for it. I have been at this Surgery for a long time and have seen the changes made. Dr H Shah has truly made it an enviroment where there is respect and the patients are truly cared for. The staff are proactive also and happy. Other Gp surgeries could learn a lot from him.

Amazing! Dr Kushan Shah came personally to my mother’s home to give her the flu and Covid vaccination, (he came via the chemist to collect the Covid vaccine) as she is immobile and district nurses weren’t administering them. I went to have vaccinations. The practise nurse was welcoming and put me at ease. I was taken through a number of questions to establish what I needed. I was given invaluable advice to keep healthy while travelling in Indonesia. The injections were quick and painless. Everything about this appointment was helpful, informed and comfortable. The surgery arranged an appointment within 2 working days which was fantastic. They GP was able to deal with it this particular medical issue over the phone and sent a prescription over to the pharmacy. Generally I find the online portal very efficient.
