I have seen different doctors and my experience have all been very positive. They are professional and efficient. Self check in was simple and efficient. We didn't have to wait long and it was clear when it was our turn and where we had to go. The nurse was lovely - very friendly and very kind and reassuring with my 3 year old, who was there to get her immunisations. She even checked her travel vaccinations without being asked. This was my first visit to the surgery as we have recently moved to the area and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I would like to share how pleased I am with the support I receive from the team. Caroline is absolutely brilliant at her job. She calls me every week without fail and is always so helpful, supportive, and kind. It really makes a difference knowing I can rely on her. Dr Kushal is also excellent he always does exactly what he says he will do, which gives me a lot of confidence and trust in the care I’m receiving. Janki, the receptionist, is wonderful as well. I honestly would be so incredibly lost without this gp surgery. They have kept me strong through all the challenges that have presented themselves over the years. When you have an amazing health care service that is truly centred around the patients well being, it can make a massive difference to people's lives. To them they are just doing their jobs. But to us it means so much more. So incredibly indebted to the team, especially Dr H and K Shah. The reception team who do an amazing job also.

My GP called me back one day after id submitted my online form for triage to assess. He was; and is always excellent when i get to see him. I wish the appointments could be less complicated to make. It took me months to getvmyself to fill the online form.

I filled in a triage form late in the afternoon explaining an urgent health issue and received a callback within about 10 minutes, which I really appreciated. I was then given an appointment to see a GP the following morning. I saw Dr Shah (junior), who was absolutely brilliant. He examined me carefully, listened attentively, and was very sympathetic. He diagnosed the issue correctly and acted quickly by prescribing medication and arranging an urgent clinic appointment. Hand on heart, he was outstanding and I felt very well looked after. My only negative point is that, given the urgency of my symptoms, I would have preferred to have been seen the same day, even briefly between patients if possible. I was extremely anxious and scared at the time, and the condition did require urgent medical attention. Overall though, I’m very grateful for the quick response to my triage request and for the excellent care provided by Dr Shah.

I had an excellent service in the past 24hrs from both the admin staff and a very helpful Doctor. Due to the nature of my complaint I was given a rapid appointment and was assessed very thoroughly. The doctor took my particular worries about the issue into account and was really supportive and reassuring. After my issue was dealt with, the doctor also went to the effort of providing me with general health advice, ensuring that I had access to relevant screening and health checks. The appointment was on time & everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I was really impressed, as I have been on previous occasions when attending with my children. I would highly recommend this practice.
