I did not want antidepressants. I know I was in trauma and grief after my sister's suicide, my instincts was that drugs were not the answer I did not want to supress or deny my feelings but I needed help navigating them as I was in overwhelm and despair. The talking therapy I had was second to none and pulled me out of a black hole where I contemplated suicide myself many times to a place of inner peace and acceptance

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at my GP surgery. I am very happy with the care and support I have received. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and referred me for different medical tests, which I really appreciate. The reception staff are always kind, polite, and helpful. Even though my English is not very good, I was provided with a Polish interpreter, which made me feel comfortable and understood. I am very grateful for this support. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the doctor and the whole team at my GP surgery. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent care.

When I arrived at the G.P. the receptionist was friendly and helpful. In the consultation room the Doctor would first listen to my concerns, then clarify my doubts and mistakes, and finally explain the treatment to follow clearly and the reasons behind his decision. He also gave advice regarding appropriate nutrition and exercise to improve the health condition.

Although I am happy with the consultation and treatment, a little disappointed that it took over a week to get the appointment, leaving me anxious about my newly diagnosed condition. Please do not take this as a criticism. I am happy overall with the service provided by the my medical centre.

Dr Kaushal shah went over & beyond AGAIN patiently listening to myself Miss Kiranjot Kaur & my mother Mrs Harbans Kaur Singh in her appointment straight after mine! He solved our health issues with listening attentively & deciding on the right course of action to take according to blood results & medical history & came to the root conclusion of what was deficient in the body & why the issue had occurred in the first place, we both felt peace of mind after he calmly & confidently explained things in an easy to understand manner & we left the surgery as if a huge weight had been lifted from us & his confident calm pleasant manner puts you at ease instantly & dr Kaushal answered all our queries very promptly & efficiently so we were fully satisfied before we left, this young impressionable experienced GP easily should be in a much higher position within in his profession as he has wisdom beyond his years & comes across as highly Experienced & extremely knowledgeable in his field, want to see him promoted much more further than he is right now as he has way too much potential on him & executes his work very well, he is extremely popular with all the patients & has a very good reputation within the community, heartfelt gratitude to Dr Kaushal for consistently acting fast & taking the right course of action always, this doctor is something else & we can easily see him as a professor in the very near future. Unfortunately getting an appointment to see the doctor took over 5 days and initially it was a telephone appointment. After speaking with the doctor over the phone, he suggested an in person appointment for the following day. The doctor’s in person appointment was reassuring that there was no underlying issue and his advice was very much appreciated.
